• To keep hosting running smoothly, if hosting fees aren't paid, we may need to temporarily suspend your website until payment is received.

• Most standard websites take 1-2 weeks from start to completion, however this is highly variable depending on the complexity of the project.
• Your project timeline depends on receiving content, feedback, and materials from you in a timely manner.
• If there are delays in providing content or feedback, we'll adjust the delivery date accordingly - we want to get it right!
• Any major changes to the project scope during development will be discussed and quoted separately.
• We'll launch your site once all work is complete and payments are up to date.

• Please provide all required content (text, images, branding materials) within our agreed timeframes.
• Make sure you have the legal rights to use all materials you provide (images, text, logos, etc.).
• We appreciate timely feedback and approval to keep your project moving smoothly.

• After launch, small content updates (text changes, image swaps, contact info) are included at no extra cost.
• If you need something done urgently (same-day), a small rush fee may apply depending on our availability.

• For non-urgent questions or support, we typically respond within 48 hours during business days.
• Our regular support hours are Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM AEST.
